Do you train on weekends?

Yes! Weekends are V.I.P sessions so an extra fee will apply. 

What are V.I.P sessions? 

Any sessions that are outside of regular hours of operations. M-F 5am-12pm and 2pm-9pm.

Where are you located?

I operate out of a PRIVATE studio located in the central Jackson MS area. The exact location is only known by my clientele only and will not be disclosed until training starts. 

What if I can’t come to you? 

No worries, I offer travel sessions, a variety of online programs, and FaceTime sessions if you are unable to make it to my studio I will definitely accommodate you. 

How far do you travel? 

I am willing to travel to the surrounding areas of Jackson that does not exceed 25 miles radius from my studio’s location. 

How much are your services?

The price of personal training has a few variables that goes into determining the cost. Ex:goals, timeframe, availability, fitness level, just to name a few. These can ONLY be answered during the consultation/assessment. Towards the end of your assessment I’ll come up with a custom plan that’s made to fit You and Your goals. I will give you a few options with quotes and  recommendations of what I think will work best for you. 

How do I get started? 

To get started you will just have to schedule a consultation/assessment. Click any of the “get started” buttons to do so. If I am booked a waiting list will be provided and you’ll be contacted as soon as a spot becomes available. 

How in shape do I have to be to get started?

I work with all type of fitness levels. All exercises can and will be modified or challenged to fit the client while still obtaining awesome Results. 

How often do you have bootcamp?

Bootcamp is typically once a year but It’s in such high demand that I have expanded it to 3 times a year. (Spots fill up quickly) and Everyone deserves to experience it. 🥰💜🧡

How often is the 5-day challenge?

This challenge is done randomly about 8-10xs a year. It’s a fun element of surprise and if you catch it, don’t be afraid to challenge yourself! 

What if I don’t want to lose weight? 

I work with all different body types, goals and fitness levels. Express to me what you want to achieve and I’ll construct a plan to get you there. Whether it’s building your strength, getting you you ready for a pt test, healthy weight gain, or toning. I do it all. 

What foods do I need to eat or stay away from? 

When training with me you’ll get a complete list of what is acceptable. You’ll have plenty of information on how/how not to eat and what’s the best foods for you and your goals. 

Should I go to the gym when I’m not training with you?

Of course , stay active and Allow yourself at least one day of rest a week. Training 3x a week with me will grant you a free home workout, and you can purchase extra ones as well. 

What do I need for home workouts? 

Nothing. Just your effort and determination. If you have light equipment I can and will Incorporate it. 

How do I get the best results? 

Follow your trainer’s instructions. All advice, tips, and information will be given to you to get the best results possible. You will have the blueprint and It is up to you to execute it and give it 110% in and outside of the gym.

Will I need supplements, diet pills, creams, wraps  ect?

All of my results are natural (hard work and dedication.) There were no magic pills, detox’s, creams, wraps, sweatsuits, or anything of that nature that have contributed to the results displayed. Although Having these things will not alter Your results, you do not  “NEED” them to see great results. Now Supplements like protein and bccas can be helpful to your growth and progress depending on your goals. Recommendations will be given. 

Will I need a waist trainer, corset, or sweatband?

 I’ve used waist trainers for different reasons, when it came to different transformations for my body. I’ve reached my goals with and without it. Again, you do not “Need” products like this for good results. It is my belief with doing research and experiences that you won’t burn any extra fat but a corset can help with shaping your body as you lose weight by eating healthy and working out. Although they won’t help you lose any extra weight, waist trainers can help with your posture. 

Do you work with clients with injuries or previous? 

Yes there are always modifications that can be made to exercises. We can also avoid the exercise all together that would have an affect on the injured area and find an alternative that will still give you the same results. 

Is there an age minimum or limit with clients? 

No discrimination this way. Anyone of all ages can get this work. If you are under 18 you’ll need a parent or legal guardian consent  and must be present during consultation/assessment.

What type of training do you offer? 

I have a variety of training depending on the goals of the client. One on one, Group training, strength training, hiit training, aesthetics training, hypertrophy training, agility training. You name it. 

How and when can I order my juice? 

To purchase You’ll have to pre-order them. The last day to put your order in for juices will be every Friday at 11:00pm. You can Cashapp $JaeSing , PayPal payment , or click the link. If you don’t go through the link put your name, how many gallons, and what flavor you would like when sending the payment. Without the link Please do not send money without making me Aware that you will be sending a payment. 

How long does it take to get off the waiting list?

It’s hard to tell when a spot will become available but it can be anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on how popular the time is you are wanting and if you are open to group.
